Terms of Use for This Referral Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern your use of pitchexperimental.garden and the referral service Pitchexperimental Septic offers through it. Using the site, phoning the number shown on it or sending a form means you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Pitchexperimental Septic is a referral and marketing service. It links homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

Information Only, Not Advice

Content on this site is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm specifics with a qualified provider and, where relevant, your insurer and local health department.

What We Expect From You

Give accurate details when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, interfere with its operation or try to access it without permission.

Contact by Phone, Text or Email

When you call or submit a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To stop contact at any time, email contact@pitchexperimental.garden.

Ownership of Content

The site's content and design belong to Pitchexperimental Septic or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, Pitchexperimental Septic is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from any provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
