How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Pitchexperimental Septic wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Pitchexperimental Septic
- The handling of your personal information
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Pitchexperimental Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@pitchexperimental.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if known
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may involve contacting the provider, and reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
